View and Manage Cases

View and manage case details, status, supportive measures, correspondence, case documents, and outcomes.

View Cases

To view all cases in a table view, click on the Cases Tab on the Left Navigation Menu.

Select All Cases to view all case records or select My Cases to view only the case records that are assigned to you.

Adjust Table Columns

Click the Settings Icon at the top right of the table to adjust which columns are shown in the table. 

Manage Cases

The Manage Case Screen provides more details about a case. Select the case that you want to view by clicking on the Tracker ID to open the Case Details Screen.

Case Details 

To view and edit the case type, incidents, synopsis, party details, and case managers, click the Details Tab on the Top Navigation Menu


Click the Edit Button at the top right of the screen to edit or add new details to the case.

Case Progress 

To view and edit the status of the case and which steps have been completed, click the Progress Tab on the Top Navigation Menu. 

Click the Mark Case Button at the top right of the table to update the case status or to snooze the case.

Click the Correspondence Icon to the right of the step to send a message to the parties and/or case managers. Learn more about sending messages.

Click the Update Case Progress Icon to the right of the step to mark the step as complete or to pause the step and revert back to a previous step.


Click the Delay Icon below the step to enter a reason why the step is delayed.

Correspondence

To view and send correspondence to parties and case managers, click the Correspondence Tab on the Top Navigation Menu. 

Use the Complainant, Respondent, and Managers Tabs to view correspondence history by party type. 

Click the Compose Icon at the top right of the page to send a new message to the parties and/or case managers. 

Case Documents

To view and download documents associated with a case, click the Case Documents Tab on the Top Navigation Menu

Use the Notices, Policies and Procedures, and All Files Tabs to view case documents by type.

Supportive Measures

To view and document interim measures, supportive measures, and accommodations that are associated with a case, click the Supportive Measures Tab on the Top Navigation Menu

Click Add New next to the type of supportive measure that you would like to add.

In the pop-up window, select the User who will receive the supportive measure. Select the Start and End Dates for the supportive measure and add a description. Click the Save Button at the top right of the page to save your changes. 
You can edit or remove a measure using the Edit and Delete Icons to the right of the measure name.

Outcome

To view, document, and edit the outcome of each incident and violation associated with the case, click the Outcome Tab on the Top Navigation Menu

Click the Edit Button at the top right of the screen to select the remedy, sanctions, findings, and add notes for each decision.
