You can snooze an entire case for a certain number of days or you can pause one step of the case.
Snooze a Case
A case may be set to Snooze for a certain number of days. When a case is set to Snooze, all notifications regarding the case will stop.
Select the case that you want to edit by clicking on the corresponding Case Tracker ID to open the Manage Case Screen. Then click the Progress Tab on the Top Navigation Menu.
Click the Mark Case Button at the top right of the Case Progress Table.
In the box that appears, select Snooze from the dropdown menu. Enter the number of days to snooze the case and enter notes in the text box. Click the Confirm Button.
Pause a Step in a Case
Any step in a case may be paused. When a step is set to pause, all notifications regarding the case will stop.
Click the Update Case Progress Icon under the Actions Column of the step you would like to pause. In the window that appears, you can mark the step as paused and revert back to the previous step.
