View and Manage Case Notes

Document internal memos and other information relevant to the case using case notes.

Case notes are internal memos that will only be visible to Case Managers and other users who have permission to view the case. Case notes are not be visible to parties. 
  1. Navigate to the All Cases or My Cases Tab on the Left Navigation Menu
  2. Click the Case Notes Icon under the Actions Column on the right side of the table.
  3. In the box that appears, you can find a history of notes added to the case. 
  4. To add a new case note, type your message into the notes box. Click the Send Note Button to attach the note to your case.

  5. You can also access case notes from the Manage Case screen by clicking the Case Notes button on the left side of the screen.
