Easily manage your resources by assigning cases to case managers.
There are a couple different ways to view all cases allocated to each user so that you can easily manage your resources:
1. Filter Cases in Table View
You can quickly view all cases assigned to a case manager by filtering the cases table.
- Open the Cases Tab on the Left Navigation Menu to view a list of all cases in a table view.
- Click on the Filter Icon on the top right of the Cases Table to open a pop-up window. Select the person to filter by using the Managers Dropdown Menu. Any cases assigned to that person will be displayed on your table.
- Click the Clear Filter Button to remove the filters.
2. View Assigned Cases Under User Details
You can also view all cases assigned to someone under the Manage User Page.
- Open the Users Tab on the Left Navigation Menu to view a list of all users in a table view.
- Click on the name of the user that you would like to view. On the Manage User Page, you will find the total number of cases that they are assigned to or involved in, as well as a list of those cases with additional details.
