You can schedule meetings and view upcoming meetings without having to leave your Case Tracker App. You can also connect your Case Tracker Calendar to your Gmail or Outlook Calendar.
View Upcoming Meetings
Open the Meetings Tab on the Left Navigation Menu to view calendar of all upcoming meetings.
Click on the meeting to view additional details in a pop-up window, (e.g. who scheduled the meeting, the case that it relates to, and any meeting notes).
Schedule a Meeting
To schedule a new meeting, open the case that you would like to schedule a meeting for.
- Open the Case Progress Tab on the Top Navigation Menu.
- Click the Schedule Button to the right of the meeting requirement notice, inside the Procedure Phase Overview box.
- In the New Meeting window that appears, enter the meeting details, select the attendees, then click Schedule to save the meeting.
