Manage Case Requests

View complaints submitted through your online reporting form and determine whether to open the case in Case Tracker.

Note: Only certain users can view and approve case requests. Learn more about User Permissions, or contact your administrator to request access.

View Case Requests


Click on the Case Requests Tab on the Left Navigation Menu.



All new complaints submitted through your online reporting form will appear in the case requests table and will be sorted by the date received.

Click on the case request to view details about the complaint. 

Open a Case

You can either create a new case from the complaint, or you can attach the complaint to an existing case using the New Case and Attach to Existing Case Buttons at the top right of the Case Request Details Page
