Allow Parties to Disable Email Notifications

Parties with access to Case Tracker have the option to set ‘do not disturb’ dates and times.

An organization administrator with permissions to adjust the preferences on your Case Tracker license can change this default to permit individuals to block email notifications.  
 
To change the setting and allow a party to block email notifications:

1. Click on the School Sites Tab on the Left Navigation Menu


2. Select the School that you want to edit from the table to open the Manage School Site Screen.

3. Select the Preferences Tab on the Top Navigation Menu. 


4. Use the Toggle next to Allow individuals to configure emails to allow parties to block email notifications from Case Tracker. 


 

Note: If a Party has set any ‘do not disturb’ dates or times, a bell icon with a slash will display on the Case Details screen, next to the Party’s record.  Any correspondence you send during a do-not-disturb period will automatically be sent after the do-not-disturb period lapses.
