Allow Parties to Disable Email Notifications

You can allow parties to change how and when they receive notifications from Case Tracker.

To allow parties to change how and when they receive notifications:

1. Click on the School Sites Tab on the Left Navigation Menu


2. Select the School that you want to edit from the table to open the Manage School Site Screen.

3. Select the Preferences Tab on the Top Navigation Menu. 


4. Use the Toggle next to Allow individuals to configure emails to allow parties to manage and block email notifications from Case Tracker.
